LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
EVIDENCE of the loss of, firstly, certificate of title, Vol. 309, folio 48 (Auckland Registry), for Lots 20, 21, and 22, Deposited Plan 6899, being portion of Allotment 222 of the Parish of Kirikirihoa, of which WILSON VINCENT, of Auckland, Compositor, is the registered proprietor, and, secondly, memorandum of mortgage No. 172639 from the said WILSON VINCENT as mortgagor to CATHERINE BAXTER, of Auckland, Married Woman, as mortgagee, affecting the land above described having been lodged with me together with an application for a new certificate of title and a request to register dealings against the said mortgage No. 172639 without requiring the production of the outstanding duplicate thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly and to register the said dealings against the said mortgage No. 172639 in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 17th day of May, 1934.
