DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE BOOTH HODGSON, of Wairoa, in Hawke’s Bay, in New Zealand, Engineer, and PAT JAMES GLASS, of Wairoa aforesaid, Engineer, trading as “Hodgson and Glass” in the business of Motor and General Engineers, has been dissolved by mutual consent as at the date hereof.

The said Pat James Glass will continue the business in his own name.

All accounts owing by the partnership firm will be settled by the said Pat James Glass and all debts due to the firm must be paid to the said Pat James Glass who alone is empowered to give full receipts and discharges for the same.

CONVERSION under the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and the Marlborough Electric-power Board Loan Conversion Order, 1934, of debentures or other securities issued in respect of the following loans :—

Notice is hereby given to the holders of debentures issued by the Marlborough Electric-power Board in respect of the above-mentioned loans that it is intended to convert all such debentures (except those in respect of which dissent is duly signified) into new debentures having new maturity dates and bearing interest at 4¼ per cent. per annum.

The conversion will take effect from 1st June, 1934.

Application for conversion of any existing debentures or other securities may be signified by the holder by notice in writing delivered to the Secretary, Marlborough Electric-power Board, Post-office Box 171, Blenheim, on or before the 15th day of June, 1934.

If notice of dissent from the conversion of any debentures or other securities is not received by that date the securities will be converted.

The rate of interest on any debentures or other securities in respect of which dissent is signified as aforesaid will, by virtue of section 18 of the above-mentioned Act, be reduced to two-thirds of the original rate as from the 1st June, 1934.

Further particulars as to the new debentures and the conversion generally may be obtained from the Secretary, Marlborough Electric-power Board, Post-office Box 171, Blenheim.

AMNERS’ LIME COMPANY, LIMITED.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that by special resolution of the above company passed on the 27th day of April, 1934, it was resolved—

  1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
  2. That MORRIS STEWART SPENCE, of Napier, Chartered Accountant, be nominated and appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the company.

And that at a meeting of the creditors of the company held on the 7th day of May, 1934, the appointment of the said Morris Stewart Spence as Liquidator was confirmed.
