A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Oteramika Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Stopping a Government Road in Block XXI, Hundalee Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 46 acres 0 roods 39 perches.
Adjoining or passing through road adjoining Lots I and 2, D.P. 579.
Situated in Block XXI, Hundalee Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86852, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of May, 1934.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 4 acres 2 roods 28 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments N.E. 180, S.W. 180, N.E. 179, 185, 186, and 187, Oruawharo Parish.
