Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block V, Ruahine Survey District, Rangitikei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ruahine Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Paritutu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 25-6 perches.

Being portion of Section 14, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred.

Situated in Block IX, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O. 7300.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87167, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitara Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1-5 perches.

Being portion of Lot 2, D.P. 4878, being part Section 86, Huirangi District.

Situated in Block V, Waitara Survey District. (S.O. 7307.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87168, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1934.
