Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1931, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

MANGAUIKA A 1 Block: Area, 710 acres 3 roods: Pirongia Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of April, 1934.

SCHEDULE.

Te Karae 2E 1A Block, approximately 498 acres 2 roods 29 perches, situated in Blocks I, II, V, and VI, Mangamuka Survey District, comprising the following areas:—

(a) Part of Lot 22 on D.P. 7198 at north-eastern end—82 acres 2 roods 29 perches, being balance of Lot 22 not already Crown land.

(b) The whole of Lot 23 on D.P. 7198 and 7199—292 acres.

(c) Part of Lot 63 on D.P. 7197, 7198, and 7199—about 9 acres, being the whole of the portion east of the road and included in original Te Karae 2E 1 Block.

(d) Part of Lot 64 on D.P. 7196, 7197, and 7198—about 86 acres, being the whole of the portion east of the road and included in original Te Karae 2E 1 Block, less the 5 acres of school-site already transferred to the Education Department.

(e) Part of Lot 65 on D.P. 7196 and 7197—29 acres, being the whole of the two portions (7 acres and 22 acres) east of the road and included in the original Te Karae 2E 1 Block.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of April, 1934.

Revoking Proclamation providing for Building Regulations in certain Boroughs.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three hundred and ninety of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette of the sixth day of the same month, made under section three hundred and eighty-two of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, making special provision for controlling building operations in the Boroughs of Wairoa, Napier, and Hastings.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of April, 1934.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangahao Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 13·27 perches.

Being portion of Lot 3, D.P. 1617, being part Section 22A. Situated in Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District. (S.O. 2905.)

In the Wellington Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87040, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of April, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Aongatete Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 12 acres 1 rood 19 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 226, Apata Parish. Situated in Blocks V and VI, Aongatete Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27346.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86812, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of April, 1934.
