Land in the Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been disposed of by way of sale for cash, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land as from the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 5, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District: Area, 1 rood.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of April, 1934.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of April, 1934.

Land in the Wellington Land District proclaimed as being vested in the Crown for the purposes of the Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Act, 1932-33.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three of the Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Amendment Act, 1933, it is enacted that upon the arranging for the acquisition by the Crown by way of purchase of any land, and the owner and all other persons having any registered interest in the land having consented in writing to such acquisition, the Governor-General may, by Proclamation, declare the land to be vested in the Crown for the purposes of the Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Act, 1932-33, from a date to be specified in the Proclamation in that behalf:

And whereas it has been arranged that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be so acquired by the Crown:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three of the Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Amendment Act, 1933, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be vested in the Crown for the purposes of the aforesaid Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Act, 1932-33, as from the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being part Section 45, Taratahi Plain Block, situated in Block VIII, Tiffin Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by Dorsett Road, 1000-9 links; towards the north-east and south-east by other part of Section 45, 999-7 links and 1000 links respectively; and towards the south-west by the East Taratahi Road, 999-7 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 36/734, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of April, 1934.
