ERRATUM.—In the notification dated 27th March, 1934,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 19 of
29th March, 1934, page 756, notifying the name of “The
Reverend Henry James Bond” as an Officiating Minister
within the meaning of the Marriage Act, 1908, under “Congregational Independents,” the name “The Reverend Henry
James Bond” should read “The Reverend Henry Bond
James.”

Land in the Westland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the
Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the
Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the
disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or
on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the
Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such
land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation,
cease to be national-endowment land :

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been disposed of by way of sale on deferred payments,
and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be
national-endowment land :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section
three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles,
Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after
the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-three, the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which was set apart as national-endowment land under the
provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land
Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 3240, Block IX, Pohaturoa Survey District: Area,
304 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of
April, 1934.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 254 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less,
being portion of Section 11, Block IV, Aongatete Survey
District (formerly Section 5, Block IV, Aongatete Survey
District). As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked L. and S. 34/3/12/1 “A,” deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
under No. 2678, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plans
S.O. 21926 and S.O. 26488.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of
April, 1934.
