NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.โ€”AUCKLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.
(Part of Riverhead Plantation.)
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being
Allotment 70B of the Parish of Paremoremo, and situated in
Block IV, Kumeu Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan No. 17/33, deposited in the
Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered blue. (Certificate of title, Volume 644,
folio 201).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of
March, 1934.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section four hundred and fifty-four of
the Native Land Act, 1931, it is provided, inter alia,
that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land
has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1931, the Governor-
General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become
Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the
Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf
of the Crown under the authority of the said Act:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority so conferred upon me by section four hundred
and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule
hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
BLOCK : Te Kuiti 2B 1J 2D 1. Area, 1 acre 2 roods 34 perches.
Survey District : Otanake.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of March,
1934.

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth
described in the Schedule hereto.

Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otahoua Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day
of February, 1934.
Present :
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation as a resting-place for
travelling stock over the land described in the Schedule
hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being
vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal
under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, being Cattle-resting
Reserve No. 363A, situated in Block VII, Mount Bonar Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on
plan marked L. and S. 6/1/529, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.
