Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks VII
and VIII, Te Kuri Survey District, North Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
50 acres 3 roods 19 perches.
Being portion of national-endowment land, Blocks VII and
VIII, Te Kuri Survey District; coloured red. (S.O.
plan 26847.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :-
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 3 19 Crown land and national-endowment land ;
coloured green.
9 1 0 Crown land; coloured green.
Situated in Block VIII, Te Kuri Survey District. (S.O.
plan 26847.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
1909/184A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2676, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
February, 1934.

District described in the Schedule hereto.

green.

A PROCLAMATION.
B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent
State forest.
