THE FURNISHING MANUFACTURING COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered offices of the company, Wellington, on the 17th day of November, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 4th December, 1933, the said resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution : “ That the company be wound up voluntarily,” and that at such first-named meeting T. A. B. GRANT, of Wellington, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

The Companies Act, 1908, section 223.
THE following special resolution was passed at a meeting of shareholders in this company held on 20th November :—
“ That it is proved to the company’s satisfaction that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
A further resolution was carried :—
“ That Mr. HORACE McCOY, 112-113 Yorkshire House, Shortland Street, Auckland, Company Secretary, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.”

THE GOLDEN POINT GOLD AND SCHEELITE COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL.
THE capital of The Golden Point Gold and Scheelite Company, Limited, henceforth is £29,000 divided into 260,000 preference shares of one shilling each and 640,000 shares of sixpence each instead of the former capital of £45,000 divided into 260,000 preference shares of one shilling each and 640,000 shares of one shilling each. At the time of registration of this minute 640,000 of the said shares numbered 1 to 640,000, both inclusive, have been issued, and the full sum of sixpence per share is to be deemed paid up on each of the said 640,000 shares of sixpence each.
A copy of this minute and of the order for reduction of capital was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 8th day of December, 1933.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between WILLIAM BOSWELL WHITING MCADAM and JAMES RANGI KAY, carrying on farming at Mangaoronga, near Otorohanga, under the style of “ McAdam and Kay,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three. All amounts owing by the said partnership will be paid by the said James Rangi Kay, who is now carrying on the said farming business on his own account.

NEW ZEALAND DAIRY-PRODUCE CONTROL BOARD.
To owners and exporters of finest and first-grade creamery butter and/or cheese to be exported from New Zealand.
THE above-named Board hereby gives notice that pursuant to the power conferred on the Board by section 13 of the Dairy-produce Export Control Act, 1923, and to all other powers it thereunto enabling, the Board did on the 6th day of December, 1933, resolve and determine that in respect of the export from New Zealand of all cheese and all finest and first-grade creamery butter it is necessary for the effective operation of the said Act and for the fulfilment of its purposes that the limited control being exercised by the Board as defined in its resolution of the 17th August, 1927, duly notified in New Zealand Gazette No. 63, 8th September, 1927, as modified by its subsequent resolution of the 11th July, 1928, deleting clauses (c) and (e) of such resolution of the 17th August, 1927, shall be further modified and extended from and after the date hereinafter mentioned to the extent and for the purpose of requiring in addition to the requirements in force under the said resolution of the 17th day of August, 1927—
(a) That each dairy company, owner, consignor, or other person, firm, or company so exporting any finest and/or first-grade creamery butter and/or cheese—
(i) Shall where such butter and/or cheese is being exported on consignment be consigned only to such persons, firms, or companies outside New Zealand as may be approved by the Board, and in such quantities as the Board approves, upon condition that such butter and/or cheese shall not be sold until ship’s arrival at port of discharge and until official notification of commencement of discharge, and that such persons, firms, or companies shall furnish to the Board (upon request) copies of the account/sales and other statements relating to the disposal of such butter and/or cheese, giving the name or names of the purchasers and the actual date or dates on which sales of any portion of such butter and/or cheese was effected, and that such persons, firms, or companies will permit the accounts and statements so rendered to the Board to be audited or verified from time to time by or on behalf of the Board by inspection of the original books and accounts of such persons, firms, or companies.
(ii) Shall, where such butter and/or cheese is being exported in pursuance of sales made f.o.b. or c.i.f., export only such butter and/or cheese as has been sold f.o.b. or c.i.f. at a price or prices approved by the Board.
The aforesaid modification and extension of the said limited control it was resolved shall operate as from midnight on the thirty-first day of July, 1934, and until further determination by the Board.

NOTICE is hereby given that Ullathorne, Hartridge, and Company, Limited, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand upon the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof.
The business heretofore carried on by the above-named company has since 1st April, 1932, been carried on by Messrs. Ullathorne, Hartridge, and Company, at Yelverton Terrace, Auckland.
