Amending Secondary Schools Regulations.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Education Act, 1914, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations amending the regulations at present in force relating to secondary schools; and with the like advice and consent doth prescribe that this Order shall come into force on the date of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

AMENDED REGULATIONS.

  1. THE regulations relating to secondary schools made by Orders in Council as shown in the Schedule hereto are hereby amended by deleting from the proviso to clause 22 the word “free.”

Amending Manual and Technical Instruction Regulations.
