Approval of Incorporated Company under Section 22 of the Administration Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS it is provided by section twenty-two of the Administration Act, 1908, that the security of any incorporated company or guarantee society approved by the Governor-General in Council may be accepted by the Court as the security required to be given by an administrator or other person appointed to administer an estate under the above-mentioned Act:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-recited power and authority, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve for the purpose above-mentioned, of the following incorporated company, namely:—

The Australian Alliance Assurance Company.

Declaring Portion of a Road in Block IX, Pakaumanu Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 2 acres 3 roods 3 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Rangitoto-Tuhua 68c Block.

Situated in Block IX, Pakaumanu Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66031, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waikato County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Exempting certain Articles of Gold Plate from Gold Duty.—(C. No. 108.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section fourteen of the Customs Acts Amendment Act, 1932–33, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and being of opinion that it is equitable so to do, doth hereby exempt from the export duty imposed by section three of the Gold Duty Act, 1908, and by section thirteen of the Customs Acts Amendment Act, 1932–33, gold in the form of strips or plates, plain and unworked, which the Collector is satisfied is being exported for bona fide dental purposes exclusively.
