Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block II, Belmont Survey District, and Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, acquired for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was acquired for the Wellington-Manawatu Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Makara County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

Amending Scale of Fees for Magistrates’ Courts.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section three of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Table of Fees contained in Appendix D of the Magistrates’ Courts Rules, 1928, by making the provision set out in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

For an application to the Court to amend, pursuant to section 62 (2), any misnomer or inaccurate description of any person or place in any plaint or summons, or in any subsequent proceeding (to include any order made thereon), 3s.
