Revocation of the Reservation of Portions of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 0 roods 6·5 perches, more or less, being parts of Section 7, Block XII, Tairua Survey District, and described as follows :—
All that area containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 38·5 perches, more or less, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the south-east by another part of Section 7 aforesaid (State forest—Gazette 1931, page 118); and towards the north-west and north-east by public roads.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north-west and east by another part of Section 7 aforesaid (State forest—Gazette 1931, page 118); towards the south by a reserve along the Whangamata Harbour; and towards the west by a public road.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/28, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 26656.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1933.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of Conical Hills Plantation.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 36 perches, more or less, being Section 13, Block XII, Glenkenich Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards the north by Section 4, 300 links; towards the east by Section 10 (State forest—Gazette 1903, page 661), 347·9 links and 1245 links; towards the south by Section 10 aforesaid and a public road, 502·5 links; towards the west by a public road, 404·1 links; again towards the north by a public road, 240·8 links; and again towards the west by a public road, 1167·4 links. Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 204/39, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1933.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of Riverhead Plantation.
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Waitemata County, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 0 roods 14 perches, 2 acres 2 roods 30 perches, 1 rood 38·2 perches, and 3 roods 21 perches, being respectively Allotments, 158, 159, and 160, Ararimu Parish, and Allotment 462, Paremoremо Parish, and situated in Block I, Waitemata Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 17/34, deposited in the Head Office at the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland Survey Office plans 21791, 21809, and 24187.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1933.

Altering Boundaries of Hauraki Plains West Drainage District, County of Hauraki Plains.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of January, 1933.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby alter the boundaries of the Hauraki Plains West Drainage District by including in such district the area of land described in the First Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said drainage district, with such alteration as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN HAURAKI PLAINS WEST DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District, Hauraki Plains County, bounded as follows :—
Commencing at the north-western corner of the Hauraki Plains West Drainage District, and following the western boundary of that district to the south-western corner of Section 8 of Block X of Wharekawa Survey District; thence due west across a road and the Waitakaruru-Maukoro Canal to a point on centre-line of the road on the left bank of the aforesaid canal; thence along centre-line of this road to a point due east of the south-eastern corner of Section 30 of Block IV of Piako Survey District; thence by a right line joining the last-mentioned two points and along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 30 and 7 of Block IV of Piako Survey District and the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 3 of Block VIII of Piako Survey District to the western corner of the said section; thence by a right line following the centre-line of a drain through Section 2 of Block VIII of Piako Survey District to the western boundary of the said section, and along its western boundary a distance of 630 links to the north-western corner of the same section; thence across a public road to the south-eastern corner of Section 5 of Block III of Piako Survey District, and along the boundaries between road and Sections 5 and 4 of Block III, Section 9 of Block VII, and Sections 3 and 1 of Block III of Piako Survey District to the western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along the northern side of the road between Waitakaruru 13 2 and 10 3G 3 Blocks to and across a road passing through the
