SECOND SCHEDULE.
HAURAKI PLAINS WEST DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Hauraki Plains County, bounded as follows:—
Commencing at a point in Block X, Thames Survey District, where the left bank of the Piako River meets the Firth of Thames; thence in a southerly direction up the left bank of the Piako River to its junction with the eastern bank of the Puhanga Canal; thence northerly along the eastern bank of that canal to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 3, Block V, Waihou Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction across that canal and along the north-western boundaries of Sections 2 and 3, Block V aforesaid, to a public road; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern side of that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 33, Block IV, Piako Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction across that road and along the north-western boundaries of Sections 33 and 31, Block IV aforesaid, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence due west across a public road and the Waitakaruru–Maukoro Canal to a point on the centre-line of the public road on the left bank of the aforesaid canal; thence in a south-easterly direction along the centre-line of that road to a point due east of the eastern corner of Section 30, Block IV, Piako Survey District; thence due west along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 30 aforesaid; thence in a south-westerly direction generally along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 30 and 7, Block IV aforesaid, and the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 3, Block VIII, Piako Survey District, to the south-western corner of that section; thence along the centre-line of a drain through Section 2, Block VIII aforesaid, to a point on the south-western boundary of that section, 630 links from its north-western corner; thence along that boundary to and across a public road, to the south-eastern corner of Section 5, Block III, Piako Survey District; thence along the generally north-western side of that road to the southernmost corner of Section 9, Block VII, Piako Survey District; thence in a north-westerly direction generally along the north-eastern boundary of a public road and its production to the centre-line of the Pokeo–Waitakaruru–Paeroa Main Road; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the centre-line of that road to and across the Waitakaruru Stream to its right bank; thence down the right bank of that stream, across the mouth of the Maukoro Canal, and again along the right bank of the Waitakaruru Stream to the Firth of Thames; thence along the Firth of Thames to the place of commencement.

Approving the Term of a License granted to the Gisborne Refrigerating Company, Limited, for a Tramway across the Kaiti Esplanade Road in the Borough of Gisborne.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of January, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Tramways Act, 1908, and the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the term of the license granted for a period of twenty-one years from the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, by the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gisborne to the Gisborne Refrigerating Company, Limited, a company limited by shares and having its registered office at Kaiti Esplanade, Gisborne, authorizing the said company to construct and maintain an approved tramway on and across the Kaiti Esplanade Road, the position of such tramway being more particularly shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 84970, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Wellington of a Width of less than 66 Feet, but not less than 55 Feet.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of January, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Wellington City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty-five feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 28·5 perches, more or less, being part of Lots 68 and 69, D.P. 168, being part Section 4, Evans Bay District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84690, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Cancelling the Vesting in the Mount Wellington Road Board of a Quarry Reserve in the Suburbs of Auckland.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of January, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Mount Wellington Road Board, in trust, for quarry purposes, by virtue of an Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, and published in Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of that month, the said Order in Council having been issued pursuant to section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Mount Wellington Road Board has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Mount Wellington Road Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 5·8 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 61 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland: Bounded towards the north-east and north-west generally by Lot 11 of Allotment 3, Hamlin’s Grant, 125·72, 250·37, and 855·98 links; towards the north-east and south-east generally by the other part of Allotment 61 aforesaid, being a recreation reserve as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1929, page 1485, 397·53, 349·39, and 672·17 links; towards the west generally by the Great South Road, 435·14 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/503B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 24799.)
