Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being road closed and being land which intersects the endowment for primary education, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Allotment 244 of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 22/43/6s, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plan 26361.)

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 20-55 perches, more or less, being Allotments 211, 212, and parts of Allotments 203 to 210, and 237 of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the residue of the land in certificates of title 5/79, 5/80, and 507/92. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 22/43/64, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plans 667A, 1180, 12877, 21189-21192, 26361.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of January, 1933.

Land set apart as a Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest No. 1660 set apart by Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted on the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing 335 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest No. 1660, situated in Block VI, Kopara Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. X/98/63A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of January, 1933.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest No. 1627 set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 160 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1627, Block III, Toaroha Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 9/2124, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of January, 1933.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Mangawhara No. 1b Block, Blocks IX and XIII, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and eighty-three of the Native Land Act, 1931:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act:

And whereas one monthโ€™s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the said Act:

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres.

Being portion of Mangawhara No. 1b Block.

Situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Tapapa Survey District. (S.O. plan 15352, red.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2085, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2613, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1933.
