Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Roads in the Town District of Onerahi, at Onerahi.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of roads :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become roads, and that the said roads shall be under the control of the Onerahi Town Board, and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land : 12 perches and 15·9 perches.
Portions of Railway Reserve, Proclamation 3148, Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Onerahi Town District. (S.O. 27071 blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2937, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of January, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of the road described in the Schedule hereto, and also do hereby declare the land comprised therein, being adjacent to the reserve likewise described in the said Schedule, to be added to the said reserve.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED AND LAND ADDED TO A CEMETERY RESERVE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed and added to cemetery reserve : 3 rods 21·5 perches.
Adjoining Section 5 (Makaraka Cemetery) ; Bounded towards the north by the Taranui River ; towards the east by the Matawhero B or 5 Block, 835·6 links ; towards the south by a public road, 68·3 links, 50·1 links, and 982·5 links ; and towards the west by a domain reserve, 1079·9 links : Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Situated in Block II, Turanganui Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1349 brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84991, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of January, 1933.
