Revoking certain Board of Trade Regulations.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October, 1933.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section twenty-six of the Board of Trade Act, 1919, as amended by the Board of Trade Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, revoke the regulations mentioned in the Schedule hereto as on and from the date of publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
Board of Trade (Flour-milling) Regulations, 1920, dated 11th February, 1920, and published at page 495 of the Gazette of the 12th February, 1920, making provision for the control of the sale of flour.
Board of Trade (Cement, Brick, and Timber) Regulations, 1920, dated 28th June, 1920, and published at page 2053 of the Gazette of the 29th June, 1920, making provision for the control of the distribution of cement, bricks, and timber.
Board of Trade (Purchase of Wheat) Regulations, dated 1st February, 1921, and published at page 421 of the Gazette of the 10th February, 1921, making provision for the control of the purchase of wheat.
Board of Trade (Sale and Purchase of Wheat) Regulations, 1921, dated 14th March, 1921, and published at page 685 of the Gazette of the same date, making provision for the control of the sale and purchase of wheat.
Board of Trade (Maximum Price of Wheat) Regulations, 1921, dated 14th March, 1921, and published at page 688 of the Gazette of the same date, making provision for the fixing of the maximum price of wheat grown in New Zealand.
Board of Trade (Maximum Price of Wheat) Regulations, 1922, dated 23rd February, 1922, and published at page 551 of the Gazette of the 24th February, 1922, making provision for the fixing of the maximum price of wheat grown in New Zealand.
Board of Trade (Wheat Industry) Regulations, 1922, dated 23rd February, 1922, and published at page 551 of the Gazette of the 24th February, 1922, making provision for the control of the wheat industry.

Revoking the Reservation over the Buffalo Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the Buffalo Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924, was published in the Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, approved the proposed revocation as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one of section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the Buffalo Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
BUFFALO DOMAIN.-AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENTS 31 and 32, Town of Buffalo, Block VI, Coromandel Survey District : Area, 21 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less.

The South-western Side of Portion of Duckworth Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October, 1933.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, viz:—
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the south-western side of Duckworth Street, in the said City of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on part Allotment 4, L.T.P. 1237, being part Section 3, Block I, Anderson’s Bay Survey District, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Duckworth Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Duck-worth Street, fronting part Lot 4, L.T.P. 1237, being part Section 3, Block I, Anderson’s Bay District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86285, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a site for a public hall: And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in a special Board as hereinafter provided:
