Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of Huntly.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Huntly described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 2 roods 31 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 1, Parish of Taupiri (D.P. 21768).
Situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough of Huntly (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27074.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86029, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1933.

| Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Tuhingamata East Survey District, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a timber reserve for the Post and Telegraph Department over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land being vested in the Crown is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 137 acres 1 rood 34 perches, more or less, being part Section 1, Block I, Tuhingamata East Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XII/15/A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plans S.O. 25198, blue, and 4264A, red.)
