A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by subsection one of section three
hundred and sixty-seven of the Land Act, 1924, and at the
request of the South Wairarapa River Board, I, Charles,
Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto, being a reserve vested in
the said South Wairarapa River Board, shall from and after
the day of the gazetting hereof become subject to the provisions
of the Land Act, 1924.

this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk
Railway, Rangiahua Section.
