Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tomahawk Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of October, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the seventh day of June of that year, and doth hereby appoint

Robert Brunton,
William James Taber,
James Alexander Winefield,
James Edward Brunton,
Herbert Francis Payton,
William Thomson Smaill, and
George Henry Taylor

to be the Tomahawk Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at eight o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the Glencairn Hall, Tomahawk, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

TOMAHAWK DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Section 59, Township of Ocean Grove Extension No. 2 (Land Transfer plan 3370).

Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 24·3 perches, more or less, being Section 60, Township of Ocean Grove Extension No. 2 (Land Transfer plan 3370).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/845, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 58 acres, more or less, and being part of Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District.

As the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1/845A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

The Wanganui City Council

to be the Landguard Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at 7.30 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the City Council Chambers, St. Hill Street, Wanganui, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
