Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being road closed and being land adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Rodney County, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 16·7 perches, more or less, being Allotment 241, Parish of Tauhoa. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 9/2934A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 18443.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Rodney County, containing by admeasurement 210 acres 1 rood 6·6 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 189, Parish of Tauhoa, the said allotment having been permanently reserved as an endowment for primary education by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4th October, 1894, page 1502. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 9/2934, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (North Auckland plan 6010.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rotorua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 38·7 perches.
Being portion of Okoheriki No. 1p No. 6B Block.
• Situated in Block XV, Rotorua Survey District. (S.O. plan 27176.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/92/14A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2653, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of October, 1933.
