Also all that area containing 41 acres 2 roods, being a strip of land lying 250 links on each side of the centre of the before-mentioned track. Bounded towards the southern end by high-water mark, and towards the northern end by the portion of the island firstly described above.
Also all that area containing 171 acres, being a strip of land 5 chains wide, starting from a point on the southern shore of the island, the said point being about 25 chains in a south-easterly direction from the south-west corner thereof, and thence following along high-water mark in a generally north-westerly, northerly, and south-easterly direction till it reaches the area firstly described above.
Also all that area containing 130 acres, being a strip of land 5 chains wide, starting from a point on the southern shore of the island, the said point being about 14 chains in a north-westerly direction from the south-east corner thereof, and thence following along high-water mark in a generally south-easterly, north-easterly, and north-westerly direction till it reaches the area firstly described above.
Be all the aforesaid dimensions more or less. As the said portions are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/371, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Ellerslie Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of August, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint The Ellerslie Town Board to be the Ellerslie Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Municipal Chambers, Ellerslie, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Exempting certain Native Land from Rates.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of August, 1933.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS under the provisions of section one hundred and four of the Rating Act, 1925, and as therein mentioned the Governor-General may from time to time, for the reasons therein specified, exempt any Native land liable to rates from all or any part of such rates:
And whereas it is desirable that such power should be exercised in respect of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the said Act and of every other power thereunto him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby exempt the Native land named in the Schedule hereto from all rates made or levied by any local authority under the provisions of the Rating Act, 1925.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land situate in the Borough of Lower Hutt, called or known as Hutt Section 16, Subdivision 21, containing 1 acre 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, and being all the land comprised and described in an order on investigation of title of the Native Land Court, dated the 9th day of April, 1888.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Greytown Trust Lands Trustees are a body of persons having power to lease lands held in trust, reserved, or set apart for public purposes, and have requested the Governor-General in Council to declare them to be a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, in compliance with such request, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred by the above-mentioned Act, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby order and declare that the Greytown Trust Lands Trustees are a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.

Order in Council consenting to the Acquisition of an Aerodrome-site by the New Plymouth Borough Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of August, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the acquisition by the New Plymouth Borough Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome thereon.
SCHEDULE.
FIRSTLY, all that piece or parcel of land situate in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing forty-nine acres one rood two perches (49 acres 1 rood 2 perches), be the same a little more or less, being Lots one (1) and three (3) on deposited plan No. 5331, and being part of Sections seventy-four (74), seventy-five (75), and seventy-six (76) on the public maps of Waitara West District (Block Three (III), Paritutu Survey District), and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 137, folio 19 (Taranaki Registry).
Secondly, all that piece or parcel of land situate in the Land District of Taranaki, containing sixty-eight acres one rood sixteen perches (68 acres 1 rood 16 perches), be the same a little more or less, being Lots five (5) and six (6) on deposited plan No. 5331, and being part of Sections seventy-five (75) and seventy-six (76) on the public map of Waitara West District (Block three (III), Paritutu Survey District), and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 137, folio 20 (Taranaki Registry), subject to memorandum of lease registered No. 15006, grant of the right to use the above land for the purposes of landing and taking off aeroplanes —John Snell Connett to the New Plymouth Aero Club, Incorporated—term, twenty-one (21) years from the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and to memorandum of lease registered No. 15007, grant of the right to take water from a pipe-line on Lot three (3), deposited plan 5331 (part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 137, folio 19), appurtenant to the above land—John Snell Connett to the New Plymouth Aero Club, Incorporated—term, five (5)
