Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IX, Mangonui Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangonui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 0 27·4 Allotment 137, Mangonui Parish. (S.O. plan 18710.)
0 2 33·4 Allotment 141, Mangonui Parish. (S.O. plan 18711.)
All situated in Block IX, Mangonui Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 16/344, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2642, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of August, 1933.

Land withdrawn from Disposal on Village-settlement Conditions, Canterbury Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation of the twelfth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto, and do declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said lands shall be and are hereby withdrawn from disposal on village-homestead settlement conditions.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—WINSLOW VILLAGE SETTLEMENT.
SECTIONS 5 and 6, Reserves 1781 and 1784, Block III, Hinds Survey District : Area, 10 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of August, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Puketapu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 0 roods 2·9 perches.
Adjoining Section 6, Block VIII, Puketapu Survey District. (S.O. plan 1082, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5/111, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2645, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of August, 1933.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of June then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Waikato County.—Te Miro Settlement.
SECTIONS 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, and 63 : Area, 39 acres 1 rood 7 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of August, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of January then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Land Act, 1908, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Waikato County.—Te Miro Settlement.
SECTIONS 8s, 44s, and 45s, Te Miro Settlement : Area, 139 acres 0 roods 16 perches.
