Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke clause three of the Schedule to the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council and doth hereby substitute the following clause in lieu thereof :—
“3. In consideration of the concessions and privileges granted by this Order in Council the licensee shall pay to the Minister an annual rental of £1, payable on the 1st day of April in each year, such payment to date from the 1st day of April, 1933.”

Amending Order in Council of the 20th July, 1931, vesting Management of a Building at Whakapirau, in Kaipara Harbour, in Trustees.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of the same month, at page 2149, the management of a building at Whakapirau, in Kaipara Harbour, was vested in Guy Henry Jackman, Robert Heatley, and Charles Edward Upton, as trustees for the inhabitants of the district (hereinafter referred to as “the trustees”), subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule to the said Order in Council :
And whereas it is desirable to amend the said Order in Council in the manner hereinafter described :

Authorizing the Exchange of Part of a Reserve in Titirangi Parish, North Auckland Land District, for other Land.

WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto is part of a reserve duly set apart for public purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, which the Governor-General deems at least of equal value and more suitable for the purposes of the reserve :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF PART OF RESERVE AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8·2 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 118 on D.P. 21696, being part of Allotment 27, Parish of Titirangi: Bounded, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 117 on D.P. 21696; on the south by part Lot 117,
by a line bearing 271° 5′, distance 201·78 links; on the west by another part of Lot 118 on D.P. 21696 aforesaid, by a line bearing 1° 5′, distance 22·73 links; on the north by Lot 119 on D.P. 21696, by a line bearing 91° 5′, distance 224·51 links; thence on the east and south by Pasadena Avenue, by lines bearing 181° 5′, distance 22·73 links, bearing 271° 5′, distance 22·73 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 6/6/569, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 29·5 perches, more or less, being parts Lots 116 and 117 on D.P. 21696, being portion of Allotment 27, Parish of Titirangi: Bounded, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 115, on D.P. 21696; on the south by the aforesaid Lot 115, by a line bearing 271° 5′, distance 284·94 links; on the west by Lots 94, 93, and 92 on D.P. 20219, by a line bearing 351° 28′ 30″, distance 129·09 links; on the north by part Lot 118 on D.P. 21696 (Recreation Reserve), by a line bearing 91° 5′, distance 104·72 links; on the east by parts Lots 117 and 116 on D.P. 21696, by a line bearing 181° 5′, distance 95·26 links; again on the north by part Lot 116 on D.P. 21696, by a line bearing 91° 5′, distance 201·78 links; and again on the east by Pasadena Avenue, by a line bearing 181° 5′, distance 32·02 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 6/6/569, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. Cancelling the Reservation over Reserves in Selwyn and Leeston Survey Districts, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of July, 1933.

THE RIGHT HON. J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as reserves for the public service of the Province of Canterbury over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 8·4 perches, more or less, and being part of Rural Section No. 4383, situated in Block VIII, Selwyn Survey District, and Block V, Leeston Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by other part of Rural Section 4383, 260·5 links, 500 links, and 260·5 links respectively; and again towards the south-west by a public road, 500 links.
Also all that area in the said land district, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, and being part of Rural Section No. 4383, situated in Block VIII, Selwyn Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by other part of Rural Section 4383, 250 links, 200 links, and 250 links respectively; and again towards the north-east by a public road, 200 links.
Also all that area in the said land district, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, and being part of Rural Section No. 4383, situated in Block V, Leeston Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west and north-east by other part of Rural Section 4383, 250 links and 200 links respectively; towards the south-east by Rural Section No. 4105, 250 links; and again towards the south-west by a public road, 200 links.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2897A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
