Provisional State Forest set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
provisional State forest described in the Schedule hereto as
a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1,336 acres
0 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Provisional State Forest
No. 87 (Gazette, 1920, page 3138, and Gazette, 1933, page 1529,
national-endowment provisional State forest), situated in
Block XIII, Waoku Survey District, and bounded generally
as follows: Towards the east by Section 25, Block XIV,
Waoku Survey District, and a State forest (Gazette, 1933,
page 1215); towards the south by a State forest (Gazette,
1906, page 1429); towards the west by a State forest (Gazette,
1933, page 1215); and towards the north by Sections 13
and 24, Block XIII aforesaid, a public road, Section 17,
parts of Sections 18 and 19, Section 15, and part of Section 21,
Block XIII aforesaid; save and excepting the intersecting
public roads.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan
No. 7/18, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
July, 1933.

Revoking a Proclamation proclaiming Land held under Small
Grazing-run Lease as ceasing to be set apart as National-
endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section five of the Land Act, 1924, and of all other
powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles,
Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby revoke
the Proclamation dated the twelfth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette of the twentieth day of June then instant,
declaring under section three hundred and two of the Land
Act, 1924, that the land held under small grazing-run lease
described in the Schedule hereto should cease to be national-
endowment land.

SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 54, Block IX, Maruwenua Survey District: Area,
790 acres 1 rood 10 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
July, 1933.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Taranaki Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Pro-
clamation made on the fourth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the
eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen,
setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under
the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it
relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
Whangamomona County.—Pouatu Survey District.
PART Section 14, Block VII: Area, 440 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
July, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of
Huntly described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a

All situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough
of Huntly (Taupiri Parish), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26814.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85819,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of
