Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the twenty-fifth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 52 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks I, II, and V, Ohinemuri Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section 9, Block I, Ohinemuri Survey District, distant 27·54 chains from the north-eastern corner of that section; towards the north-east by part provisional State forest Number 72, 1129·0 links; towards the south-east generally by Crown land and Section 12, Block V, Ohinemuri Survey District, 607·7, 1348·3, 2296·2, 970·6, and 1147·6 links; and towards the north-west generally by Section 3, Block V, and Section 9, Block I, Ohinemuri Survey District, 2910·8 and 3649·5 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/92/62b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest No. 1627 set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest 1627, situated in Block V, Toaroha Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/98/71, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1933.
