A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 82, of the twenty-second day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Blocks IV, Newcastle, and XV and XVI, Rangiriri Survey Districts, Raglan County, by inserting therein the areas contained in the Schedule hereto in lieu of the areas of 5 perches and 3 roods 12 perches mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation, which are hereby revoked.
