Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

(Part of Kaingaroa Plantation.)

ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, containing together 2 roods 13·9 perches, more or less, and described as follows :—

All that area containing by admeasurement 11·5 perches, more or less, situated in Block X, Kaingaroa Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north-east and south-east by a State forest (Gazette, 1911, page 3567) ; and towards the south-west by a public road.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 roods 2·4 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks X and XIV, Kaingaroa Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north-east by a public road ; towards the south-east and again towards the north-east by a State forest (Gazette, 1911, page 3567) ; again towards the north-east by a public road ; and towards the south-west and north-west by the aforesaid State forest.

As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 47/34, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green. (Auckland Plan S.O. 26818.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of June, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway, Rangiahua Section.

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of June, 1933.
