A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Kanieri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 16/2122, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2630, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1933.

Amending a Proclamation setting apart Land as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS, by a Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of that month, at page 923 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”), an area of Crown land containing 1,525 acres, more or less (hereinafter referred to as “the said area”), situated in Block II, Coromandel Survey District, Auckland Land District, and certain other lands were set apart as provisional State forests in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918:
And whereas errors were made in the description of the said area included in the Schedule attached to the said Proclamation and it is desirable that the errors be rectified:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Forests Amendment Act, 1925, do hereby amend the said Proclamation by substituting for the description of the area set forth in the Schedule hereto for the description of the said area set forth in the said Proclamation; and do declare that this Proclamation shall take effect as from the date of the said Proclamation.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,338 acres, more or less, situated in Block II, Coromandel Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by Section 7, Block I, Coromandel Survey District; towards the north-east by Harataunga West No. 6 and No. 7b Blocks, and Harataunga East No. 1b 2 and No. 1a Blocks; towards the east by the Waikoromiko Stream; towards the south by Sections 13 and 11, Block II aforesaid, Sections 22 and 21, Suburbs of Buffalo Township, and Sections 10, 14, and 12, Block II aforesaid, by the abuttal of a public road, again by Section 12 aforesaid, by the said produced boundary, by Section 6 aforesaid, by Crown land, by a public road, by a formed road, Section 1, Block II aforesaid, by a formed road, again by Section 1 aforesaid, Residence-site 59 (plan L. and S. No. 12358A), again by a formed road and by Residence-sites 8, 9b, and 7 (plan No. 12358A); and towards the west by the Coromandel-Colville Inland Road: save and excepting public roads traversing the area.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 18/2, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of June, 1933.

Lands proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Lands.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the lands described in the Schedule hereto (being lands heretofore held under the tenure specified in the said Schedule) has been acquired, and it is expedient that the said lands should cease to be national-endowment lands:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date specified in the Schedule hereto the lands described in the said Schedule, which were set apart as national-endowment lands under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment lands.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Parts Allotments 42 and 43, Apata Parish: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 4-5 perches. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 9/2672, and filed in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (Auckland plan S.O. 22690). Tenure: Not previously held on any tenure. Date: 3rd August, 1931.
Part Allotment 42, Apata Parish: Area, 3 acres 1 rood 9-9 perches. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 22/1849, and filed in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (Auckland plan S.O. 22690). Tenure: Not previously held on any tenure. Date: 12th December, 1932.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
Section 3, Block II, and Section 22, Block V, Waipori Survey District: Area, 434 acres 1 rood 31 perches. Original capital value, £290. Tenure: Small grazing-lease. Date: 7th March, 1933.
