A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
Section 4 and part Section 1, Block XVII, and part Sections 1 and 8, Block XVIII, Taylor Pass Survey District: Area, 250 acres 1 rood 20 perches.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Settlement Lands for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the Marlborough Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Land Act, 1908, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Marlborough County—Avon Survey District.—Erina Settlement.
Section 78: Area, 147 acres 2 roods 25 perches.
Part Section 88: Area, 133 acres 2 roods 11·95 perches.
Section 8A8: Area, 616 acres 3 roods.
Lot 1 of Section 98: Area, 2 roods 13·9 perches.
