ERRATA.—In Gazette No. 41, of the 1st June, on page 1523, “Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration revoking Dissolution of a Society,” in the ninth line, for “section 38” read “section 28.”

The entry on page 1515 of the New Zealand Gazette No. 41, of 1st June, 1933, relating to the appointment of Miss Mary Dillon as Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Jerusalem, is hereby cancelled.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block III, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 18.8 perches.
Being portion of Section 3; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 4.6 perches.
Passing through Section 3; coloured green.

All situated in Block III, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District. (S.O. plan 26962.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/637, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2631, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1933.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 32 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Parahirahi A 3a No. 1 Block (Crown land), national-endowment land, and railway land by Proclamation 3236; coloured green.

Situated in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District (S.O. plan 27075).

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 22/326, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2632, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1933.
