The Reverend Hadden Kingston Vickery to be Chaplain, 4th Class, Church of England, R.D. 1. Dated 10th November, 1932.

to be Registrar of Marriages and Registrar of Births and Deaths for the District of Hokitika, and Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Hokitika, and Registrar of Poisons for the Westland District for the purposes of the Poisons Act, 1908, as from the 24th day of April, 1933 ;

Stephen Ebenezer Robinson

to be Registrar of Marriages and Registrar of Births and Deaths for the District of Tokaanu, as from the 21st day of April, 1933 ;

to be an Inspector for the purposes of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, and the Dairy Industry Act, 1908, as from the 1st day of May, 1933 ;

Commissioner of the Supreme Court appointed.

NOTICE.

LESLIE CONSETT STEPHEN, Esquire, of Sydney, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, has this day been appointed by the Right Honourable Sir Michael Myers, K.C.M.G., P.C., Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in New South Wales, under the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Classification of Roads in Kairanga County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Kairanga County’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in Kairanga County.

SCHEDULE.

KAIRANGA COUNTY.

Roads classified in Class Three : Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 10 tons :—

Main Highways.

Greatford–Woodville Main Highway No. 55 (all that portion within Kairanga County) ; Sanson – Palmerston North Main Highway No. 57 (all that portion within Kairanga County) ; Himitangi–Ashhurst via Palmerston North Main Highway No. 58 (all that portion within Kairanga County) ; Levin – Palmerston North via Shannon Main Highway No. 60 (all that portion within Kairanga County) ; Longburn–Rongotea Main Highway No. 375 (all that portion within Kairanga County) ; Bunnythorpe–Kairanga Main Highway No. 376.
