HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

William Alexander Banks,
Lawrence Manning King,
Frank Edward Martyn,
Robert McIntosh,
Eric Snow McPhail,
William Stalker, and
Joseph Inch

to be the Rangiora Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Rangiora, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for the purposes of the Department of Agriculture over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
