Amending Regulations under the Mortgagors Relief Act, 1931.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Mortgagors Relief Act, 1931, and of every other power and authority in this behalf enabling him, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the concurrence therein (so far as the regulations hereinafter mentioned amount to rules of procedure in relation to proceedings of the Supreme Court) of the Right Honourable the Chief Justice, and of the other members of the Rules Committee constituted under the Judicature Amendment Act, 1930 (four of such other members being Judges of the Supreme Court), doth hereby make the regulations hereinafter set out.
REGULATIONS.
- THESE regulations may be cited as the Mortgagors and Tenants Relief Regulations, 1932, Amendment No. 1.
- Clause 11 of the Mortgagors and Tenants Relief Regulations, 1932, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following proviso :—
“Provided that in cases where the application for relief relates to a head lease of Native land service of any document required to be served upon the lessors may be effected by the delivery of such document to the Registrar of the Native Land Court District in which the land is situate, or by forwarding it in a prepaid registered postal packet addressed to such Registrar at the office of the Maori Land Board. Service so effected shall be deemed to be service upon each of the lessors :
“Provided also that where service of an application is effected under the foregoing proviso such application shall not, unless the Court otherwise directs, be heard until the expiration of twenty-one days after the date of service.”

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kuaotunu Domain.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
William George Wilson,
Alex Wilson,
Richard Alfred Simpson,
Thomas Eram Simpson, and
Robert Ritchie
to be the Kuaotunu Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Kuaotunu Public Library as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—KUAOTUNU DOMAIN.
SECTION 6, Block II, Otama Survey District: Area, 11 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less.

to be the Winchester Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library, Winchester, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
