A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Lee Stream Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of May, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance of the provisions of subsection two (a) of section fifty-one of the Native Purposes Act, 1931, and the regulations made thereunder, and any other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the persons set out in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Arawa District Trust Board as from the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
