Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks I and VIII, Lothian Hundred, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Lothian Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
6 1 4·8 Section 28 and closed road, Block I, and Section 39 and closed road, Block VIII; coloured yellow.
7 1 25 Sections 39 and 42, Block VIII; coloured red.
Situated in the Lothian Hundred (Southland R.D.).
In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85348, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1933.

Stopping Government Roads in Block XIII, Mapara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 7, Block VII, Whaingaroa Survey District: Area, 494 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of April, 1933.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Lands for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
West Taupo County.—Wharepapa Survey District.
SECTION 8, Block VII: Area, 383 acres 1 rood.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of April, 1933.

Amending Proclamation in Respect of Tutira A Block.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, the Native land known as Tutira A Block was proclaimed to have become Crown land :
And whereas it has been ascertained upon survey that the area of 22,790 acres 2 roods 5·8 perches as specified in the Schedule to the said Proclamation is incorrect, and it is desirable that the said Proclamation should be amended :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the said Proclamation by substituting in the Schedule thereto the area of 22,721 acres 2 roods as the area of the said land.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of April, 1933.
