ERRATUM.—At the end of clause 10 of the Conditions incorporated in the Order in Council, dated 27th day of March, 1933, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 22 on the 30th day of the same month, on page 567, being a license authorizing Frederick Archer, of Tuna Bay, Farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity, add the words “the present plant is rated at 2 kilowatts 100 volts direct current.” In the sixth line of the same clause read “Scenery” in lieu of “Scenic.”
Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road in the County of Oxford, at Bennett’s Junction.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Rangiora–Oxford Branch of the Hurunui–Waitaki Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Oxford County Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 1 rood 24·3 perches. Portion of Railway Reserve. (R.S. 15467.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2427, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of April, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maramarua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
