IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of J. Cousins, Ltd.

RESOLVED: That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that RUPERT YEOMAN COLLINS, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be appointed the Liquidator of the company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is heroby given that the partnership heretofore existing between ARTHUR PETERKEN and CHARLES NELSON MOORE, as sole Hawke’s Bay Agents for Ray Oil Burners, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All accounts due by the said partnership should be rendered at once to the said Arthur Peterken, who will in future carry on the said business.

DOMINION SPRING AND ENGINEERING CO., LTD.

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the DOMINION SPRING AND ENGINEERING CO., Ltd. (in Liquidation).

PURSUANT to section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, I hereby give notice of and summon a general meeting of the company, to be held at 58 Endeans Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, on Thursday, the 13th day of April, 1933, for the purpose of dealing with the following and such other matters as may be brought forward, viz :—

(a) To consider, and if thought fit, to adopt the Liquidator’s report and balance-sheet.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the legal partnership which has hitherto carried on business at No. 84 Hereford Street, Christchurch, and also at Kaiapoi and Rangiora, under the firm name of “Papprill, Salter, and Corcoran,” is dissolved as from the 1st day of April, 1933.

Messrs. ERNEST EDWARD PAPPRILL, EDMUND JAMES CORCORAN, and THOMAS KENNETH PAPPRILL will continue to practice at the same address—namely, 84 Hereford Street, Christchurch, and also at Kaiapoi and Rangiora, under the firm name of “Papprill, Son, and Corcoran.”

Mr. GEORGE STANLEY SALTER will in future practice on his own account at the same address—namely, 84 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
