Rainbow, Hobbs, and Nesbitt, Public Accountants, Queen Street, Hastings, on Monday, the 24th day of April, 1933, at 4.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

BY an Order made by the Honourable Sir Alexander Lawrence Herdman, dated the 24th day of March, 1933, on the petition of the TWIGG ENGINEERING COMPANY, LIMITED, it was ordered that the above-named WAITEMATA BARGING COMPANY, LIMITED, be wound up by this Court under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that the petitioner be allowed its costs of and incidental to the said petition.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed by entry in the company’s minute-book in pursuance of subsection 6 of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, on the 30th day of March, 1933:—

“That Electrical Supplies, Ltd., be wound up voluntarily, and that FREDERICK H. HAYWARD, Public Accountant, Wellington, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
