NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the District Lands and Survey Office, Nelson, on Thursday, 1st June, 1933, at 11 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.

Wairau County.—Motueka Survey District.

Section 28, Block III: Area, 10 acres 3 roods 12·6 perches. Upset price, £40.

Section 29, Block III: Area, 12 acres 1 rood 6 perches. Upset price, £90. Weighted with £30 (payable in cash) for a tobacco-shed.

Section 30, Block III: Area, 1 acre 0 roods 37·7 perches. Upset price, £7 10s.

Section 32, Block III: Area, 5 acres 1 rood 2 perches. Upset price, £13.

Section 33, Block III: Area, 10 acres 1 rood 18·2 perches. Upset price, £30.

Description.—The sections, which are suitable for tobacco-growing, are situated at the Shaggery in the old course of the Motueka River. Motueka Township is distant about four miles.

The loading for improvements on Section 29 must be paid in cash.

Settlement Lands in Marlborough Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Blenheim, up to 4 o’clock p.m., on Tuesday, 9th May, 1933.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Blenheim, on Thursday, 11th May, 1933, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
