DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned Albert Edgar Mellor, Senior, and Albert Edgar Mellor, Junior, who have been carrying on business as butchers at Napier under the style or firm of "Mellor and Son," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by Albert Edgar Mellor, Junior, who will continue to carry on the said business on his own account.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of CADDELL'S LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the secretary's office, Bank N.Z. Chambers, Swanson Street, Auckland, on the 23rd day of December, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that JOHN B. GILMORE, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at the office of Messrs. Caverhill and Evans, Public Accountants, T. and G. Building, Christ-church, on the 14th day of December, 1932, the following special resolution was passed, and at a subsequent extra- ordinary general meeting of the said company held at the office of Messrs. Caverhill and Evans, Public Accountants, T. and G. Building, Christchurch, on the 30th day of December, 1932, the said resolution was confirmed, viz.:—
"That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908."
At the said meetings, CLAUDE WHITNEY EVANS, of Christ- church, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 14th December, 1932, presented to the Honourable Mr. Justice Blair, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Leyland Motors, Limited, a creditor of the said company, and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 3rd day of February, 1933, at 10 a.m., at the Supreme Court House, Wellington; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN accordance with the provisions of sections 10 and 11 of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and the Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that the following duly qualified persons have been nominated as candidates for election to the Otautau River Board:—

No. 2 Waikouro Subdivision— John Dearness Clouston. David Mitchell.
No. 3 Scott’s Gap Subdivision— John George Flett. Percival Gordon Dahlenburg.
