Land in the Southland Land District for Sale or Selection.

Invercargill, 10th January, 1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be opened for sale or selection in terms of the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, 14th February, 1933.
Applicants should appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill, on Thursday, 16th February, 1933, at 10 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board, or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The land may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or on deferred payments, or be selected on renewable lease.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.
Wallace County.—Jacobs River Hundred.
SECTION 26, Block III : Area, 65 acres l rood 29 perches. Capital value, £130. Renewable lease, half-yearly rent, £2 12s.; deposit on deferred payment, £10; deferred payment, half-yearly instalment, £3 18s.
Situated eight miles and a half from Riverton, three miles from Aparima Dairy Factory, and half a mile from Waipango School. Good metalled road to within quarter mile from boundary of section. The land is of medium quality, the greater part being in light bush. Suitable for dairying when cleared.
