I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court, Dunedin, dated the 16th day of December, 1932, I was appointed Administrator of the estate of the above-named Reginald William Roberts, and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, Supreme Court Buildings, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 11th day of January, 1933, at the hour of 2.15 p.m.

All claims against the above estate must be lodged with me on or before the 16th day of February, 1933.

I, ERWIN SHARMAN MOLONY, Assistant Registrar of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of an order granted in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, dated the 19th day of December, 1932, hereby give notice that the name of the Golden Gorge Mining Company, Limited, has been restored to the Register of Companies, and, pursuant to the Companies Act, 1908, the said company is deemed to have continued in existence as if its name had never been struck off the Register.
