A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otakou Native Reserve, Peninsula County, described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Stopping a Government Road in Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 roods 30-06 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Lot 8, D.P. 434, being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2d No. 5 Block.
Situated in Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73246, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Stratford Main Trunk Railway (Raekohua Section).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 18 perches.
Being portion of road.
Situated in Block VII, Poutū Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81416 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon hatched green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1933.
