Land proclaimed as a Road and Road closed in Block III,
Maraekakaho Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maraekakaho Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a

All situated in Block III, Maraekakaho Survey District

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84907, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
February, 1933.

do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Titirangi Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
12·2 perches.

Being portion of Lot 2 on D.P. 14292, being part Allotment 7A,
Waipareira Parish; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood
19·5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Lot 5 on D.P. 1266, and
Lot 2 on D.P. 14292, being parts Allotment 7A, Waipareira
Parish ; coloured green.

All situated in Block V, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 27077.)

All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85208, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth
described in the Schedule hereto.

Being portion of Lot 15 (D.P. 1704), of the Town of Frank-
leigh Park, being part Section 44, Fitzroy District.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District. (Borough of
New Plymouth.)

In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85131,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
