ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Proclamation revoking the reservation over portions of a permanent State forest in Canterbury Land District, published in Gazette of the 9th instant, page 198, for “Reserve 4132” read “Reserve 4312.”

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XII, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Opaheke Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 8 acres 0 roods 20 perches.
Being portion of part Lots 2 and 3, on D.P. 7211, being part Wharekawa No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block XII, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27005.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85138, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tairua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block XII, Tairua Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 26156.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84918, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1933.
