REGULATIONS.

  1. THESE regulations may be cited as “The Cinematograph Films (Censorship of Posters) Regulations Amendment No. 1.”
  2. The Second Schedule to the said regulations is hereby amended by revoking the prescribed fee of £3 3s. payable on appeals from the decision of the Censor, and prescribing in lieu thereof a fee of £5 5s.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of January, 1932.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Cinematograph Films Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations in amendment of the Cinematograph Films (Censorship and Registration) Regulations made on the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the same date at page 3527.


REGULATIONS.

  1. THESE regulations may be cited as “The Cinematograph Films (Censorship and Registration) Regulations Amendment No. 1.”
  2. The Second Schedule to the said regulations is hereby amended by revoking the prescribed minimum fee of £3 3s. payable for any one film on appeals from the decision of the Censor, and prescribing in lieu thereof a minimum fee of £5 5s. for any one film.

Declaring Portions of Road in Block XII, Maungaharuru Survey District, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of January, 1932.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the portions of road declared to be Government roads:—

0 0 22·2 Lot 12, being part Tutira Block.
0 0 17·0 Lot 12, being part Tutira Block.

Situated in Block XII, Maungaharuru Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 955, green.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73885, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Consent to exercise by Chief Judge of Power of Amendment.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of January, 1932.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by subsection eight of section thirty-eight of the Native Land Act, 1931, it is enacted that in all cases where an order is dated more than five years previously to the receipt of the application, the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court shall first obtain the consent of the Governor-General in Council before making any order thereunder:

And whereas application has been made to the Chief Judge under the said section to amend the respective succession orders made by the Native Land Court and described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Chief Judge exercising with regard to the respective succession orders mentioned and described in the Schedule hereto, all and every the jurisdiction granted to him by the said section thirty-eight, and to the making of any such order or orders thereunder as may seem necessary or expedient.
