Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve the lands in the Auckland and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being part Lot 1 of Section 2, Block XI, Cambridge Survey District (Whitehall Settlement), bounded towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by other part Lot 1 of Section 2, Block XI, Cambridge Survey District (Whitehall Settlement), 580·0, 1042·0, and 300·0 links respectively; again towards the south-west and north-west by a public road 437·3 and 550·0 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/7048, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (Auckland plan D.P. 23775). For a public-school site (Whitehall).
Also all that area in the Otago Land District containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 2 roods, more or less, being three islands known as Rainbow Isles, 1½ to 8 chains south of Section 10, Block IV, Tautuku Survey District: bounded on all sides by the Pacific Ocean. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 4/661, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a bird sanctuary.

Land permanently reserved in the Taranaki Land District for an addition to a Public-school Site (New Plymouth Central).
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
And whereas by the three-hundred-and-sixtieth section of the said Act it is provided that land temporarily reserved under the said three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section may, at the expiration of one month, but not later than six months, after the publication in the Gazette of notice of such temporary reservation, be permanently reserved, and that notice of such permanent reservation shall be published in the Gazette:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was by Warrant dated the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of that month, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for an addition to a public-school site:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the land described in the Schedule hereto for an addition to a public-school site for which the said land was so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 0·68 perches, more or less, being part Section 1598, Town of New Plymouth: Bounded towards the north-east by Section 1599, Town of New Plymouth, 205 links; towards the south-east by Section 1623, Town of New Plymouth, 126 links; towards the south-west by Cameron Street, 185 links; and towards the north-west by Lemon Street, 134·28 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/552P, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Bernard Sladden
to be an Honorary Inspector under the said Act.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
Albert Charles Watts
being an officer in the service of the Crown holding the office of Clerk at King George V Hospital, Rotorua, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by subsection four (a) and subsection six of section forty of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby appoint
Samuel Ritchie
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act, for a period of six months from the ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
