SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Bangor Terrace, fronting Lot 34, Block II, Township of Kew, being part Sections 44 and 45, Block VII, Town District.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Middleton Road, fronting Lot 34, Block II, Township of Kew, being part Sections 44 and 45, Block VII, Town District.
Also the western side of all that portion of street in the said Land district and city known as Easther Crescent fronting Lot 34, Block II, Township of Kew, being part Sections 44 and 45, Block VII, Town District.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84981, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Sides of Portions of Aotea Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1932.
Present: :
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to two portions of the south-western side of Aotea Street in the said City of Dunedin where such portions of street abut on parts of Sections 2 and 3, Block III, Anderson’s Bay District, as the said two portions of street are more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured brown and edged with red to their centre-lines ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western sides of the portions of Aotea Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western sides of those portions of Aotea Street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, fronting parts Sections 2 and 3, Block III, Anderson’s Bay District : As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84941, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Wairau River Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for river-protection purposes : And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Wairau River Board ;
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Wairau River Board in trust, for river-protection purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing 457 acres, more or less, being originally portions of Sections 119, Wairau West, 172, Omaka, closed roads, dealt with by Proclamation published in Gazette of 14th January, 1932, and of the original Wairau and Opawa river-beds, the said land now being known as Section 5, Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and Section 9, Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3200c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the said land district, containing 20 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 12, Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3200b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Waimakariri River Trust.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 118 acres 0 roods 30 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve Number 4060, Block XVI, of the Rangiora and Block IV of the Christchurch Survey Districts, and bounded as follows : Towards the north by other parts of Reserve Number 4060 aforesaid, 1773·8 links ; towards the east and south-east by the two-chain road reserve along the sea-coast ; and again towards the west generally by the chain road reserved along the north bank of the Waimakariri River by Lots 72 and 73 of Deposit Plan Number 7293, by the abutment of a road, and by Reserve Number 3658. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/36A, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
